Delivery Event and Pricing Revealed

First customer deliveries and pricing announced at Gigafactory Texas
On November 30, 2023, Tesla held the long-awaited Cybertruck delivery event at Gigafactory Texas. The first customer deliveries took place during the event, with Tesla employees and executives among the first recipients. Three trims were announced with the following pricing:
- Rear-Wheel Drive: $60,990 (250 mi EPA range, 380 hp)
- All-Wheel Drive: $79,990 (340 mi EPA range, 600 hp)
- Cyberbeast: $99,990 (320 mi EPA range, 845 hp, 0–60 mph in 2.9 seconds)
The prices were significantly higher than the original 2019 concept pricing ($39,900–$69,900), drawing criticism from some fans. However, the vehicle’s performance capabilities impressed attendees, with the Cyberbeast trim demonstrating remarkable acceleration and towing capacity. Elon Musk also demonstrated the Cybertruck’s stainless steel body by having it shoot .357 Magnum bullets at the panels — the bullets bounced off without penetrating.
