The video showed a pre-production prototype rather than a fully finished vehicle, but it was the first time the public saw what appeared to be a real Cybertruck on an actual production line. The vehicle in the video closely matched the 2019 concept design, confirming that Tesla had largely maintained the original angular aesthetic. This was a major milestone after years of delays and speculation about whether the Cybertruck would ever reach production.
